• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit and future booking restrictions.

We uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to procedures. Ink & Velvet reserves the right to refuse service if health risks are identified.

6. Product Returns & Exchanges

• Fashion items may be exchanged within 7 days with original tags and receipt.
• Piercing jewelry, tattoo-related products, and custom items are final sale due to hygiene and personalization.
• Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, branding, and content created by Ink & Velvet or its collaborators are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Promotions & Loyalty Programs

• Promotional offers are subject to change and may not be combined unless stated.
• VIP referral program: Refer a friend who makes a purchase and receive 15% off your next piercing or clothing item. Your friend receives 10% off their first purchase. Must mention your name at checkout.
