Welcome to Ink & Velvet. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all our customers.

1. General

• All sales are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• Ink & Velvet reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment

• We accept major payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and approved e-wallets.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Deposits for tattoo or piercing appointments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Appointments (Tattoo & Piercing)

• Appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to artist availability.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.
• Clients must be 18+ for tattoos and piercings unless accompanied by a legal guardian (with valid ID).

4. Returns & Exchanges (Fashion Items)

• Clothing and accessories may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with original receipt and tags intact.
• No refunds are offered unless the item is defective or damaged upon purchase.
• Piercing jewelry and tattoo-related products are final sale due to hygiene reasons.

5. Custom Orders

• Custom fashion pieces, tattoo designs, or commissioned artwork require a deposit and are non-refundable.
• Turnaround time will be communicated upon order confirmation.

6. Promotions & Discounts

• Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• VIP referral program: Refer a friend who makes a purchase and receive 15% off your next piercing or clothing item. Your friend receives 10% off their first purchase. Must mention your name at checkout.

7. Health & Safety

• All tattoo and piercing procedures are performed by certified professionals following strict hygiene protocols.
• Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies prior to procedures.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs, branding, and content are the property of Ink & Velvet. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.
